Working with Garden Design & Creation
Initial Consultation
The design process starts with a consultation – this is free and nobody is under any obligation to proceed.
Site Survey
On the next visit, I will take measurements of the garden area to enable me to produce an accurate drawing of the finished design.
Concept Drawing
Using our shared ideas, I will prepare a detailed pencil plan of the finished garden. The plan will be drawn to scale and include all the features and ideas discussed at our initial meeting.
Working Inked Drawing
Incorporating any necessary amendments to the original Concept Drawing, this detailed inked drawing is the blueprint for your new garden and the plan from which the building contractor will work.
Pricing Structure
My fees start from £650.00. This price includes a site survey, final inked design drawn to scale plus additional artistic impressions where necessary. Should you require a planting plan this is extra and optional. As an alternative to my full design service, I also offer a postal garden design option. Fees for my postal designs start from £450.00.
